'He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?' (Psalm 94:9).

God is the Mastermind and Architect of our lives. His blueprint for each of us is unique, and we are His Masterpiece. God is the Potter who molded every part of our body and fashion it, including our ears and eyes. We did not just exist out on nothing. It is God who created us in his own image and likeness, and how our bodies are formed proved there is indeed a Designer and Maker who is infinite and transcend all things. The text said, "he planted the ears." When you think about planting, you think of digging deep. God is saying he planted the ear like a tree. He made a hole in the side of our head and with much skill, fitted it with organs capable of receiving sounds. Therefore, God who planted the ear is capable of hearing, even beyond what we can hear. He formed the eye and like a potter, molded and fashioned it in exquisite parts to receive objects and give light, which passes through the pupil from the cornea. Will God not able to see, the One who made us to see? His power of sight is far beyond what we can see. God's eyes are everywhere and we can not hide from him. As we seek to have more  knowledge of these organs, it should deeply impress upon us of the power and wisdom of God and to recognise how we are wonderfully made. Let us therefore have confidence and trust in the Creator, God, who made the ear and the eye, knowing He can hear and see us. God knows everything! The hearing ear and the seeing eye all came from the Lord. It makes perfect sense that God hears all that is said and sees all that's done against him, as well as, his people. Let us seek to understand and have a knowledge of ourselves as God's creature, so we can have a greater  knowledge of the Creator. Remember our God can hear and see, and that we have our hearing and sight from him, and are accountable to him for the way we use them. Let us rejoice that we are God's creation and are wonderfully and beautifully made by him. Praise be to God our wonderful and amazing Creator.

Have a wonderful day🌹🌹EC

Devotional 'The Lord is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed' (Psalm 28:8). The Lord our God is the glory of our strength, and in His name we shall rejoice all the day. The Lord is our strength, and the saving strength of His anointed. It is through Christ our anointed that all our blessings come to us. Here we see David, who is a type of our Lord Jesus, praising God. What about you? Christ had done much for us and has achieved full salvation for us, therefore, praise Him! We, like Israel are encouraged that the Lord is our Strength and salvation. When we seek to be in a  relationship with God, He will protect us from our enemies and save us from the crutches of Satan. Just as how Satan attempts to destroy Christ many times, whilst he was on earth, God  saved him and will do the same for us. Christ died to save us all, but it is those who trust Him and have a saving relationship with him that will spend eternity with. He is our High Priest, and J...

'I protest by your rejoicing  which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily' (1 Corinthians 15:31). Christ our Lord came and died for each and everyone to save us from the bondage of sin. He lived on this earth, ministered to the needs of all who He encountered; He was crucified, and resurrected and is now interceding for us, as our High Priest in Heaven. What if there was no resurrection? What would be the implications for God's people? The preaching of the gospel would be a lie, our faith would be worthless and we would all have remained in our sin. Paul is saying, there would be no cause to his dying daily, or for any one who believed and accept Jesus as their personal Saviour to die daily. Paul was expecting death at any time for Christ's sake. He was constantly in peril of his life, he encountered extreme sufferings and was beset with death. He was willing to die at anytime and in any way for Christ's sake. He did not count his life dear unto himself, but...

'Work at living in peace with everyone, and work at living a holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord' (Hebrews 12:14).  God is a God of peace and of such wants His Children to seek peace between themselves and others. We are also encouraged to pursue a life of holiness, which can only happen through having a relationship with God and being empowered by the influence of the Holy Spirit. As we turn the eyes of our heart upon Jesus, fixing the thoughts of our minds on Him, that His peace, like a river flows into our heart, and His holiness becomes a reality in our life as we consecrate it to Him. We are called to be holy in our thoughts, in words and our deeds; but cannot achieve it by our own efforts.  W e must be consecrated in body, soul, and mind, but not of our own strength. It is only through the empowering of the Holy Spirit that we can pursue holiness and be at peace with each other. Without the Holy Spirit leading us to live a life of ho...
