'Let him praise the name of the Lord: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven' (Psalm 148:13).
Whether young men or women, old men or children, we are all God's children, who are called to praise the name of the Lord; because the name of the Lord is excellent and his glory above the earth and heaven. There is none like unto the Lord our God, that can even be compared unto him. His glory surpasses all others and is greater than any glory that we can render to him. We should never stop praising the name of the Lord or his character, because He is God and is worthy of our praise. It was in Christ, that all things were created, therefore everything created should praise the Lord God; because with His power he commanded all things into being. He also created man into his own image to worship him. Let us give thanks unto the Lord, and serve him with gladness of heart, because He is God, and that we know. Let us rejoice in the goodness of God each day and celebrate the excellency of his name, whose glory is above the earth and heaven. We must surely exalt the name of the Lord, who is the King of kings and the Lord of lords; the sovereignLord and God of the Universe. We ought to reverence God and exalt his name on high. He is the One who created, redeemed and sustained us; who else is worthy of our praise? The answer is, no one else, but God. Therfore, He alone is worthy of all our praise; every praise must be to the Creator God. I implore you not to give the praise and honour due to the true and living God, to no created being or things. But let us rejoice and give thanks and praise to the name of God which is above every other name.
Have a wonderful day
'Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in the present world;' (Titus 2:12). Paul was instructing Titus to teach boldly and with authority the conduct and behaviour God expects from His people. To encourage right thinking and behaviour by them living soberly, upright and godly lives. We are also encouraged as Believers in Christ to do the same. We must allow ourselves to be taught by the great Teacher, Jesus Christ, our Lord, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, as we search the Scriptures daily an...
