I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour' (Isaiah 43:11).

When sin came into the world, a Saviour was needed. God's love for His Children was so great, that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die for us - sinners to save us from our sins. What an amazing God we serve! Who can love us like God? 1 John 4:1:14 tells us clearly, that the Father has sent His Son to be the Saviour of the world.
God in Christ is our Saviour! God states that He, and He alone is Jehovah and there is none beside him. We are His creation and must never have any other gods but Him. We should not make any graven images to worship as our god, because it is only Jehovah who is God, our only Saviour. It is Christ, one of the member of the Godhead who came down from heaven, live among us, and died for our sin so we could live. Through Christ, we can do all things; we in ourselves cannot do anything to help ourselves, it is Christ alone who can help us - not our friends or family; only Christ. In everytime of need, let us trust God. We need no other saviour,  but our all- sufficient Saviour, Christ. Sometimes our problems seem insurmountable, that we believe there is no way out. But Christ our Saviour is here; He is present, and willing to take our burden and make it light for us to carry. All we need to do is trust Him and give it all to Him. Knowing God our Saviour, should give us great joy; it should make us rejoice and be glad to know our Saviour, and in our rejoicing share Jesus with others whose needs are enormous and whose conflicts severe and whose perils are as terrible as ours. In times like these we need a Saviour; thank God we have a Saviour who is Christ our Lord. Today, I implore you to trust God and believe in Him as your Saviour and Redeemer. Claim the promises of God and live by them daily. Let us be comforted and strengthened in times of trouble, helping others to trust in the Almighty God, as we bring them to Jesus.

Have a wonderful day🌹🌹

Devotional 'The Lord is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed' (Psalm 28:8). The Lord our God is the glory of our strength, and in His name we shall rejoice all the day. The Lord is our strength, and the saving strength of His anointed. It is through Christ our anointed that all our blessings come to us. Here we see David, who is a type of our Lord Jesus, praising God. What about you? Christ had done much for us and has achieved full salvation for us, therefore, praise Him! We, like Israel are encouraged that the Lord is our Strength and salvation. When we seek to be in a  relationship with God, He will protect us from our enemies and save us from the crutches of Satan. Just as how Satan attempts to destroy Christ many times, whilst he was on earth, God  saved him and will do the same for us. Christ died to save us all, but it is those who trust Him and have a saving relationship with him that will spend eternity with. He is our High Priest, and J...

'I protest by your rejoicing  which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily' (1 Corinthians 15:31). Christ our Lord came and died for each and everyone to save us from the bondage of sin. He lived on this earth, ministered to the needs of all who He encountered; He was crucified, and resurrected and is now interceding for us, as our High Priest in Heaven. What if there was no resurrection? What would be the implications for God's people? The preaching of the gospel would be a lie, our faith would be worthless and we would all have remained in our sin. Paul is saying, there would be no cause to his dying daily, or for any one who believed and accept Jesus as their personal Saviour to die daily. Paul was expecting death at any time for Christ's sake. He was constantly in peril of his life, he encountered extreme sufferings and was beset with death. He was willing to die at anytime and in any way for Christ's sake. He did not count his life dear unto himself, but...

'The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing' (Zephaniah 3 17). What an amazing and wonderful God we serve, who is mighty to save. The Lord our God is with us and is mighty to save. He will take great delight in us and will quiet us with his love, and also rejoice over us with singing. We didn't have to do anything for God to love us, he did because he created us and we are His. He created us and loves us just as we are. Even when we did not deserve it, the Lord took delight in us. What an awesome God! He is present in the midst of us, loving and caring for us. He protects and defend us; died to save us from sin, so we can have life and have it more abundant. He is mighty to save us from fears; our enemies and the bondage of sin and death. We all need a Saviour, Christ the Lord, who is the cure for our problems and the antidote to sin. Christ has already won ...
