'He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him' (John 3:36).

John the Baptist was the forerunner for Christ and bore witness that He was the Son of God, who takes away the sins of the world. All who believe  on Him, as the Son of God that came to save sinners, and accept His gift of salvation by faith, would not perish but have eternal life. Jesus has all power and authority given to him by the Father, to grant everlasting life to all who believe. We all have that choice to accept Jesus as our Saviour and Lord, and the teachings of the gospel of grace; or to reject  Him and all He stands for. For those who choose to reject and believe not that He is the Son of God, the wrath of God abides on him.  We who believe in Jesus, must obey Him because they both go together. That is, if you believe, then you will obey. It is by faith in Jesus that we believe He is the Son of God, then by our actions we become obedient. It is God who then works in our hearts, through the power of the Holy Spirit to sanctify and mature us in the likeness of Christ. It is very important to take the wrath of God seriously, for it is real and righteous. For those who disobey God by rejecting His Son, will experience His wrath. It is Jesus who absorbs and took our punishment at the Cross, so when we believe and accept Him we won't experience the second death at His  coming, but will have everlasting life. Those who makes excuse in the way of salvation, being indifference to the Gospel of Christ, full of pride and love sin will be excluded from heaven. We must see that what the world is offering, cannot ever compare to what God offers us. He is willing to bless us with His peace, His holiness and joy of immortal life. We just need to believe in His Son, as the one who is our Savior from sin. Today my brothers and sisters, friends and family; let us believe and accept Jesus, the Son of God and choose life and   be with Jesus for ever.

Have a wonderful day and a blessed weekend 🌹🌹

'But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you' (Matthew 6:33). The Lord is our Provider and knows all that we are in need of before we even ask. We do not need to worry or fret ourselves about what we shall eat or drink. Our Father in heaven will take care of these things we need. We are told by Jesus, 'To seek first the kingdom of God.' What does that mean? It means we should lean on, and trust in the grace of Jesus Christ. We should repent of our sins and have a desire to turn away from it. We should seek to put God first in our praise to Him, in our worship of Him, to put our total trust in Him and to rely on Him  rather than ourselves or others. We need to seek Him first in our reassurance and acknowledging who He is and what He can do. We also need to seek God's righteousness by  loving our neighbors and feeding the poor and destitute, seek justice for the vulnerable. We should put God's plan and...

'For his merciful kindness is great towards us: and the truth of the Lord endureth forever. Praise the Lord' (Psalm 117:2). The most important thing in life is having a relationship with God. It is through this relationship that we get to know our Maker and experience His love and His truth. When we recognised what God has truly done for us; of his great love and his faithfulness towards us; it should lead us to give Him praise and extol His holy name. God is kind to all his creatures and merciful to us as sinners, therefore, we know his merciful kindness is great towards us. In Christ, God has shown his mercy mixed with kindness, in giving up his Son to save us from our sins. For even though our sins be great, God's mercy is even greater than the sin. God's truth endures forever as his promises are sure. He is not slack concerning His promises to His people. He is trustworthy and faithful. The faithfulness and truth of God given in his promises never fails; nor does t...

'But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident for, the just shall live by faith' ( Galatians 3:11). Paul in speaking to the Galatians, admonished them not to listen to heresies, that would jeopardise their relationship with Christ. The same message is relevant to us today as well. Paul here was saying, following the law cannot save us. It is our trust in God and having  faith in his Son, Jesus Christ, that can make us  right with God. That was evident, that the just shall live by faith, not by our own works. It was Christ who had redeemed us from the curse of the law by the shedding of his precious blood. We are save and made right by God's grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Abraham was justified, because He believed God  and was accounted righteous. We who are seeds of Abraham, will receive the blessings of Abraham by believing in Christ by faith and not works. The Promised blessings of Abraham by God, wasn't just for him alone, but ...
