'The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men'
(Psalm 11:4).
We are living and dwelling in a broken world, full of temptations, trials and tribulations. Despite all of these situations that might affect us throughout our daily lives, we can be confident in the Lord. He cares for us in our afflictions and bestowed upon us his mercy and grace. Wherein we can find comfort and strength in our brokenness and weakness. As we trust in the Lord we will discover that he is faithful, longsuffering, patient, trustworthy, full of goodness and compassion. Let us trust Him and hold fast to His wonderful truth, and rejoice in him as we find shelter from the storms of life. No matter how raging the storm is, God's eyes are upon us and he will never let us down. Our Lord is in his holy temple and his throne is in heaven. He is closely watching the acts and activities of each and everyone of us. He is near us in every situation, and his eyes behold every action displayed. Let us never forget that He is our Judge and that He brings righteous judgement upon wicked and evil men, as he thwart their plans and catch them out at their own game. He is the Judge of heaven and earth and his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men. He reads the character of all of us that stands guilty before him, separating the dross from pure metal, as he tries and examines our motives and actions. Let us trust in Jesus our Lord and Judge and be confident in him as he watches over us. Let us lift up our eyes above our circumstances and place our confidence in him.
Have a wonderful day 🌹🌹
'I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you' (John 14:18). Jesus is awesome and full of compassion. He loved his disciples and wanted them to understand about His death and resurrection; that He would be going away for a while. He knew they would be confused and devastated, so he hastened to comfort them. He said, 'Let not your heart be troubled: Ye believe in God, believe also in me...I go to prepare a place for you...I will come again and receive you unto myself, that where I am there ye may be also' (John 14:1-3). He also promised another Comforter, that he can abide with them forever. What a merciful and loving Saviour! He went further to say he would not leave them comfortless; but will come to them. He was like a father to them, as He and the Father are one. Therefore, He promised not to leave them fatherless, or as an orphan. But will come to them. Speaking of His death and resurrection He said that in a little while the world would not see him no more
