'And to know the love of Christ, which passeth all knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God'
(Ephesians 3:19).

God's love is immeasurable and deeper than our finite minds can ever imagine. It is important to have a knowledge of Christ, but more so, to know Him intimately and experience His love. Paul's desire is for us to truly understand that God's love is more than having a knowledge; it is mighty and powerful and far beyond our comprehension. It is so deep and wide that we will never fathom it. We need to understand that God's love has a specific purpose - the fulness of God. You see, God's greatness exist in Jesus, His Son, and knowing Jesus surpasses all  knowledge. We must be filled with Jesus through our deeds and actions;  'for in Him all the fulness of God was pleased to dwell.' (Colossians 1:19)
When we are filled with the incomprehensible love of Christ, we will be transformed and lives only for Christ. Then are we now able to be filled up to all the fulness of God. Our limited minds cannot understand the thoughts and ways of God, but one day in the earth made new, we will be able to see much clearer and understand better the greatness of God and the incomprehensible love of Christ. Being united in Christ, we are made complete in Him and therefore accepted by God the Father; because Christ dwells in the fulness of God. Let us therefore seek to abide in Christ. The more we abide in Him, the more He will abide in us and dwell in our hearts, in spirit and in truth. We ought to allow the Holy Spirit to fill us daily with the fulness of God, that is, filling us with the level of completeness we can attain as finite beings. Let us be in awesome wonder as we contemplate and reflect on the wonders of it all, and knowing that God loves us unconditionally.

Have a wonderful day 🌹🌹

Devotional 'The Lord is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed' (Psalm 28:8). The Lord our God is the glory of our strength, and in His name we shall rejoice all the day. The Lord is our strength, and the saving strength of His anointed. It is through Christ our anointed that all our blessings come to us. Here we see David, who is a type of our Lord Jesus, praising God. What about you? Christ had done much for us and has achieved full salvation for us, therefore, praise Him! We, like Israel are encouraged that the Lord is our Strength and salvation. When we seek to be in a  relationship with God, He will protect us from our enemies and save us from the crutches of Satan. Just as how Satan attempts to destroy Christ many times, whilst he was on earth, God  saved him and will do the same for us. Christ died to save us all, but it is those who trust Him and have a saving relationship with him that will spend eternity with. He is our High Priest, and J...

'I protest by your rejoicing  which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily' (1 Corinthians 15:31). Christ our Lord came and died for each and everyone to save us from the bondage of sin. He lived on this earth, ministered to the needs of all who He encountered; He was crucified, and resurrected and is now interceding for us, as our High Priest in Heaven. What if there was no resurrection? What would be the implications for God's people? The preaching of the gospel would be a lie, our faith would be worthless and we would all have remained in our sin. Paul is saying, there would be no cause to his dying daily, or for any one who believed and accept Jesus as their personal Saviour to die daily. Paul was expecting death at any time for Christ's sake. He was constantly in peril of his life, he encountered extreme sufferings and was beset with death. He was willing to die at anytime and in any way for Christ's sake. He did not count his life dear unto himself, but...

'The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing' (Zephaniah 3 17). What an amazing and wonderful God we serve, who is mighty to save. The Lord our God is with us and is mighty to save. He will take great delight in us and will quiet us with his love, and also rejoice over us with singing. We didn't have to do anything for God to love us, he did because he created us and we are His. He created us and loves us just as we are. Even when we did not deserve it, the Lord took delight in us. What an awesome God! He is present in the midst of us, loving and caring for us. He protects and defend us; died to save us from sin, so we can have life and have it more abundant. He is mighty to save us from fears; our enemies and the bondage of sin and death. We all need a Saviour, Christ the Lord, who is the cure for our problems and the antidote to sin. Christ has already won ...
