'Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still' (Psalm 4:4).
God knows everything about us, because he is God, our Creator and there is nothing that can be hidden from him. He knows the heart and the intents of the heart; Our thoughts, emotions, desires and motives, whether they be good or evil. He knows the godly from the ungodly, and have set apart those who are godly for himself, and will hear when they call unto him (verse 3). We are all called to be in a right relationship with God. Those who accept this call should have daily communion with Him through the study of His Word, prayer and supplications, allowing the Holy Spirit access in their hearts, that they might not wilfully sin against Him. We need to search our hearts daily and be silent before God as we contemplate his grace and his mercy towards us, and He will reveal Himself to us. When our enemies seek to do us harm, or people speak lies about us, simply look to Jesus and trust in him. Do not let your anger control you to the point that it rule your actions and lead to you sin. In many a situation, people have done us grave injustice, and our human nature requires us to be angry and hit back where it hurts. However, we are encouraged to ponder our ways even as we lie in our beds and be still; to search our hearts and confess our sins for the day, so we can have that peaceful rest God wants us to have. As believers, it is in our best interest to trust God and not be afraid of those who seek to harm us or be aggressive towards us, but to be confident in the God who is our Stronghold and is always willing to fight our battles. He is our God, who is on our side; He will listen to us and hear and answer our prayers, so let us be encouraged allowing Him to lead and to help us, when we are in danger of being angry to the point of sinning.
Have a wonderful day🌹🌹

'But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you' (Matthew 6:33). The Lord is our Provider and knows all that we are in need of before we even ask. We do not need to worry or fret ourselves about what we shall eat or drink. Our Father in heaven will take care of these things we need. We are told by Jesus, 'To seek first the kingdom of God.' What does that mean? It means we should lean on, and trust in the grace of Jesus Christ. We should repent of our sins and have a desire to turn away from it. We should seek to put God first in our praise to Him, in our worship of Him, to put our total trust in Him and to rely on Him rather than ourselves or others. We need to seek Him first in our reassurance and acknowledging who He is and what He can do. We also need to seek God's righteousness by loving our neighbors and feeding the poor and destitute, seek justice for the vulnerable. We should put God's plan and
