'I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing  praise to my God while I have my being' (Psalm 104:33).

God is the God of our lives. He is our Creator; He is our Father; our Shield; our Rock; our Healer; He is Almighty. Who is like unto our God? The answer is simple, no one! There are so many reasons to sing unto the Lord and praise Him. We should sing praises continuously unto God while we have our being; because we live, move, and have our being in Him. He alone is worthy of such exultant worship. He alone is deserving of our everlasting praise. He is the One who stretched forth His hands and spoke the earth into existence and created mankind lovingly in His image and likeness from the dust of the earth and breathe His breath in us. Wow! How awesome and amazing is our God. His wisdom is great above all His creature, He hung the earth on an invisible foundation; He sets the moon and the sun on their appointed path; the seas and the ocean know only to come thus far. Nature itself teaches us of the wonderful works of God. Take time to meditate on His wonders, and to concentrate on His greatness, to rejoice on his wondrous work. You will certainly find reasons to sing unto Him all the days of your life and to sing praises to Him - 'your God' while you have breath to do so. The Lord is our everlasting hope and strength, we will rejoice and be glad in Him. It was Jesus with the Father who created us; it was Jesus our Creator that came and bought us back after the fall of man, with His precious blood. As His blood-bought children, let us, like the Psalmist cultivate the same attitude of praise and express our gratitude and Thanksgiving for all that God has done for us. Let us rejoice in the Lord always, and sing praise to Him as long as we live. We are truly bless, as God through our faith in Christ, has saved us by His grace through time and in eternity. Purpose in your heart today saying, "I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being."

Have a wonderful day 🌹🌹

'But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you' (Matthew 6:33). The Lord is our Provider and knows all that we are in need of before we even ask. We do not need to worry or fret ourselves about what we shall eat or drink. Our Father in heaven will take care of these things we need. We are told by Jesus, 'To seek first the kingdom of God.' What does that mean? It means we should lean on, and trust in the grace of Jesus Christ. We should repent of our sins and have a desire to turn away from it. We should seek to put God first in our praise to Him, in our worship of Him, to put our total trust in Him and to rely on Him  rather than ourselves or others. We need to seek Him first in our reassurance and acknowledging who He is and what He can do. We also need to seek God's righteousness by  loving our neighbors and feeding the poor and destitute, seek justice for the vulnerable. We should put God's plan and...

'And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah' (Exodus 15:23). The Isralites were on a high after the Red Sea experience and their deliverance from slavery in Egypt and Pharaoh's army. The Lord led them this way become He wanted them to realise that He was their God, their Deliverer, and their Protector. The people  murmured against Moses and God, but the Lord showed them that He was still willing to guide and protect them and be their Healer, if they would look to Him. When they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters because they were bitter, so they murmured against Moses, saying, "What shall we drink" (verse 24)? Sometimes  things happened to us in life, and we become very bitter and callous. It may be family issues; a friendship gone sour; conflicts; marriage broken down; sickness or even the death of a love one. But we need to guard against bitterness cree...

'Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in the present world;' (Titus 2:12). The grace of God brings salvation to all men, seeking a change in our conduct and attitude towards God and one another. It advocates a turning away from sin, and helps the believer in Christ to reject sinful desires and refrain from ungodly living. The grace of God teaches us to avoid behaviours that are sinful and will not enhance our lives; but it is to move us towards right behaviour and right thinking. Paul was instructing Titus to teach   boldly and with authority the conduct and behaviour God expects from His people. To encourage right thinking and behaviour by them living soberly, upright and godly lives. We are also encouraged as Believers in Christ to do the same. We must allow ourselves to be taught by the great Teacher, Jesus Christ, our Lord, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, as we search the Scriptures daily an...
