'Til we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ' (Ephesians 4:13).

Accepting Jesus as our personal Saviour from our sins is the best investment we could ever hope to make in our life. We are justified by our faith in Him on our acceptance of Him, and from that moment onwards begins the process of sanctification.  This process does not cease until we all come together in the Christian unity, spiritual maturity and the conformity of Christ, unto that day when He returns for us. The Lord Himself, has prepared a way for us to unite in faith, to grow in grace, to attain a full knowledge of Him by furnishing each believer with spiritual gifts. The Holy Spirit bestowed upon us different gifts and talents to compliment and equip us for His service. Beholding   Christ, we become change and want to characterise His life; His love; His kindness; His compassion; His holiness and His humility. We want to have the ability to forgive as He does; to have the right attitude to serve as He. Christ have a willingness to suffer wrongfully for our cause, we too should be willing to suffer wrongfully for His cause. Christ is acquainted with our sufferings and grief and is therefore able to relate to us on every point. He wants us to grow and spiritually mature in him as we look to Him in faith. As we spiritually mature in Christ, we attain the qualities of Christlikeness, seeking full growth as we become like Jesus. Let us grow in the knowledge of Christ and become one in truth, in belief and one in edifying each other, till we come to the unity of the faith, the knowledge of the Son of God, until we are all perfected to a measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.

Have a wonderful day 🌹🌹

'Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in the present world;' (Titus 2:12). The grace of God brings salvation to all men, seeking a change in our conduct and attitude towards God and one another. It advocates a turning away from sin, and helps the believer in Christ to reject sinful desires and refrain from ungodly living. The grace of God teaches us to avoid behaviours that are sinful and will not enhance our lives; but it is to move us towards right behaviour and right thinking. Paul was instructing Titus to teach   boldly and with authority the conduct and behaviour God expects from His people. To encourage right thinking and behaviour by them living soberly, upright and godly lives. We are also encouraged as Believers in Christ to do the same. We must allow ourselves to be taught by the great Teacher, Jesus Christ, our Lord, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, as we search the Scriptures daily an...

'But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you' (Matthew 6:33). The Lord is our Provider and knows all that we are in need of before we even ask. We do not need to worry or fret ourselves about what we shall eat or drink. Our Father in heaven will take care of these things we need. We are told by Jesus, 'To seek first the kingdom of God.' What does that mean? It means we should lean on, and trust in the grace of Jesus Christ. We should repent of our sins and have a desire to turn away from it. We should seek to put God first in our praise to Him, in our worship of Him, to put our total trust in Him and to rely on Him  rather than ourselves or others. We need to seek Him first in our reassurance and acknowledging who He is and what He can do. We also need to seek God's righteousness by  loving our neighbors and feeding the poor and destitute, seek justice for the vulnerable. We should put God's plan and...

'And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah' (Exodus 15:23). The Isralites were on a high after the Red Sea experience and their deliverance from slavery in Egypt and Pharaoh's army. The Lord led them this way become He wanted them to realise that He was their God, their Deliverer, and their Protector. The people  murmured against Moses and God, but the Lord showed them that He was still willing to guide and protect them and be their Healer, if they would look to Him. When they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters because they were bitter, so they murmured against Moses, saying, "What shall we drink" (verse 24)? Sometimes  things happened to us in life, and we become very bitter and callous. It may be family issues; a friendship gone sour; conflicts; marriage broken down; sickness or even the death of a love one. But we need to guard against bitterness cree...
