'The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy;   he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing' (Zephaniah 3:17).

For everyone who accept Jesus  Christ as their personal Saviour he rejoices over you with singing. Isn't that amazing? God our Creator is also in the midst of us. He is the  Almighty God, and of such he is mighty to save His people from the curse of sin and death; to save us from our fears and those who seek to harm us. All we need to do is to come to him as we are; wretched, sinful and needy. God loves you just as you are and promises to calm your fears with His love and to rejoice over you with joy as you come to him. He takes delight in His children and offers us a sense of peace. His love is unconditional and does not expect anything in return. He loves us first that we may know how to love him. When we experience His love, we will truly love him with all our heart, with all our soul and with all our mind. This will lead us also to genuinely love one another. We will love Him because of who He is, not what He can do for us, which will compel us to respond in obedience and love. Christ the Son of God came and dwell among us. He is in our midst and is our mighty and victorious warrior; our protector and defender; our provider and the cure for all our problems; he is the remedy for our fears and the antidote for sin. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Upon all who trust in his name, he delights to bring to salvation and to pour out eternal life so we can have life more abundantly. The Lord rejoices over all of us who believe in him and takes delight in us as we trust in His word and abide in His wonderful love. God's desire is for all to diligently seek him, to find rest in him and be save. Let us draw near to him, and with the aid of the Holy Spirit keep our minds stayed on him that we can find perfect peace in him; that we can also find rest in him and abide in His truth. Remember He is a God of love, of peace, of holiness, and find it a delight to rejoice over us with singing. Today if you're experiencing God's amazing love, reach out to someone and let them know how much God loves and cares for them.   How much He wants to save them!

Have a wonderful day🌹🌹

'But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you' (Matthew 6:33). The Lord is our Provider and knows all that we are in need of before we even ask. We do not need to worry or fret ourselves about what we shall eat or drink. Our Father in heaven will take care of these things we need. We are told by Jesus, 'To seek first the kingdom of God.' What does that mean? It means we should lean on, and trust in the grace of Jesus Christ. We should repent of our sins and have a desire to turn away from it. We should seek to put God first in our praise to Him, in our worship of Him, to put our total trust in Him and to rely on Him  rather than ourselves or others. We need to seek Him first in our reassurance and acknowledging who He is and what He can do. We also need to seek God's righteousness by  loving our neighbors and feeding the poor and destitute, seek justice for the vulnerable. We should put God's plan and...

'And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah' (Exodus 15:23). The Isralites were on a high after the Red Sea experience and their deliverance from slavery in Egypt and Pharaoh's army. The Lord led them this way become He wanted them to realise that He was their God, their Deliverer, and their Protector. The people  murmured against Moses and God, but the Lord showed them that He was still willing to guide and protect them and be their Healer, if they would look to Him. When they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters because they were bitter, so they murmured against Moses, saying, "What shall we drink" (verse 24)? Sometimes  things happened to us in life, and we become very bitter and callous. It may be family issues; a friendship gone sour; conflicts; marriage broken down; sickness or even the death of a love one. But we need to guard against bitterness cree...

'Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in the present world;' (Titus 2:12). The grace of God brings salvation to all men, seeking a change in our conduct and attitude towards God and one another. It advocates a turning away from sin, and helps the believer in Christ to reject sinful desires and refrain from ungodly living. The grace of God teaches us to avoid behaviours that are sinful and will not enhance our lives; but it is to move us towards right behaviour and right thinking. Paul was instructing Titus to teach   boldly and with authority the conduct and behaviour God expects from His people. To encourage right thinking and behaviour by them living soberly, upright and godly lives. We are also encouraged as Believers in Christ to do the same. We must allow ourselves to be taught by the great Teacher, Jesus Christ, our Lord, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, as we search the Scriptures daily an...
