'The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace'
(Psalm 29:11).

The joy of the Lord is our strength. He will strengthen and help us in difficult times and bless us with His peace, as we learn to trust and depend upon Him.
When we are surrounded by uncertainties, faith in God will help us to stand; and we will not be in constant worry, especially over things we have no control over. We should not worry or fret but wholly lean on Jesus Christ, who is the Solid Rock.
God has given us the gift of faith, and in difficult times our faith will allow us to find peace in the presence of the God.
The Lord is eternal and All-Powerful; his strength brings protection, and help, power and mercy. His strength is perfect and in Him we can be perfect.
Today the Lord is calling us to come to him as we are. He is gently whispering through the storm of our hearts "Peace be still." If we know the Lord, we will know there is nothing too hard for him, and no problem too big for him to solve, therefore, we ought to trust Him.
Listen to the voice of God  speaking to your heart, and hearken unto it. The Lord's ear is not dull that he will not hear us or his arm short that he will not help us. He understands every circumstances we face and is present in all of our situations. He cares about the smallest details of our life, because He loves us and wants what is best for us.
Let us trust in the Lord and rejoice to know God will continue to strengthen us, and bless us with His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.
Let us trust in His power by faith, believing He will strengthen us and grant us peace. No matter how fierce the storms of life get, we ought to trust God, because He rules the storms and the seas and command them to be still. Therefore, no matter what life throws at you, you can be confident in God's Word and his ability to save you from anything. You can proclaim with Joy that He is your strength and He is your peace.

Have a wonderful day

'But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you' (Matthew 6:33). The Lord is our Provider and knows all that we are in need of before we even ask. We do not need to worry or fret ourselves about what we shall eat or drink. Our Father in heaven will take care of these things we need. We are told by Jesus, 'To seek first the kingdom of God.' What does that mean? It means we should lean on, and trust in the grace of Jesus Christ. We should repent of our sins and have a desire to turn away from it. We should seek to put God first in our praise to Him, in our worship of Him, to put our total trust in Him and to rely on Him  rather than ourselves or others. We need to seek Him first in our reassurance and acknowledging who He is and what He can do. We also need to seek God's righteousness by  loving our neighbors and feeding the poor and destitute, seek justice for the vulnerable. We should put God's plan and...

'And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah' (Exodus 15:23). The Isralites were on a high after the Red Sea experience and their deliverance from slavery in Egypt and Pharaoh's army. The Lord led them this way become He wanted them to realise that He was their God, their Deliverer, and their Protector. The people  murmured against Moses and God, but the Lord showed them that He was still willing to guide and protect them and be their Healer, if they would look to Him. When they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters because they were bitter, so they murmured against Moses, saying, "What shall we drink" (verse 24)? Sometimes  things happened to us in life, and we become very bitter and callous. It may be family issues; a friendship gone sour; conflicts; marriage broken down; sickness or even the death of a love one. But we need to guard against bitterness cree...

'Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in the present world;' (Titus 2:12). The grace of God brings salvation to all men, seeking a change in our conduct and attitude towards God and one another. It advocates a turning away from sin, and helps the believer in Christ to reject sinful desires and refrain from ungodly living. The grace of God teaches us to avoid behaviours that are sinful and will not enhance our lives; but it is to move us towards right behaviour and right thinking. Paul was instructing Titus to teach   boldly and with authority the conduct and behaviour God expects from His people. To encourage right thinking and behaviour by them living soberly, upright and godly lives. We are also encouraged as Believers in Christ to do the same. We must allow ourselves to be taught by the great Teacher, Jesus Christ, our Lord, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, as we search the Scriptures daily an...
